We work with employers to offer a diverse list of gigs that's constantly growing. After you complete 3 gigs of the same type, you get certified badge, honored by all of our employers.

Currently, all payments occur offline, in cash, with the employer. Employers are responsible for facilitating payment, but we cross-check through our own process that payouts are verified, or provide a guarantee otherwise.
Unless requested by the employer, you are not expected to bring your own gear.
You must be over the age of 18. We’re also currently only accepting Oklahoma residents. Although, we will be expanding to other states very soon. Also, prior experience is a huge positive and can guarantee you a higher pay, but in no way a requirement. We do provide online training programs and content to get you started.
The length of the shift depends on the individual jobs posted by employers. However, we estimate the average gig run around 6 hours.

This means accountability, trust, and quality of work are very important things to us and the employers on our platform.
All of our employers are screened yearly. We verify their license number with the respective state's list of active licensed growers, processors and dispensaries to ensure they’re compliant and in good standing.
We currently do not provide transportation services. Workers are expected to utilize their own method of transportation.
